WATER WATER WATER: THE SECRET TO A SLIM BODY AND GREAT SKIN

DRINK MORE WATER FOR GLOWING SKIN 

It’s not a secret, the more water you drink the healthier your skin looks and becomes. Drinking eight glasses of water a day can help ged rid of toxins in the body and in the skin. Drinking will plump your skin leaving less of an appearance of wrinkles and with detoxing toxins out of the skin it will help minimize pores and help with acne.

I know everyone may not agree that water doesn’t aide with skin health and beautification but speaking from my experience with water consumption I will definitely say that I have noticed when I drink more water regularly I feel like my skin is more plump my wrinkles don’t look like little canyons, my skin has a glow and my acne is less likely to be a problem.

I also find that you struggle with your skin being dry or have eczema drinking water will help keep your keep moist and help combat the dryness.

Water will also make you have the appearance of being well rested, water will help eliminate dark circles under your eyes making you look well rested and ready to take on the day.

ADD A LITTLE LEMON FOR ADDED BENEFITS 

If you struggle to drink at least eight glasses of water a day try starting the day out by drinking a warm glass of lemon water before your morning coffee or breakfast. Drinking a warm glass of lemon water has amazing benefits to the body and skin and hey if anything else at least you have one glass of water down.

Throughout the day try and squeeze some lemon in your water as well or pack lemon water in a nailgene with lemon before you go to work. Drink two of those during the day and two glasses of water when you get home and you’re on the right track. Do this for month and I promise you will results in your body and skin
